JPML were appointed to support the installation of the new line 7 filler at Müller dairy.
Our team handled full mobilisation and on-site setup, including the workstation establishment, power and gas distribution, fabrication of pipework and bespoke brackets associated with line 7.
All works were executed to Müllers stringent food-grade hygiene standards and safe work practices.
Scope of work:
• Stainless steel bracket fabrication
• Full service and process pipework fabrication and installation
At Exol lubricants, JPML were contacted to complete complex process and heating modifications on site.
Our scope involved piping a process tank to six individual filler lines, handling multiple product types through dedicated service lines.
We also installed a new CIP line and dual hot oil circuits along with associated pumps to maintain jacket temperature control for viscous oils.
Additionally our team replaced two internal heating coils in existing tanks following equipment failure, restoring full production capability.
Scope of work
• Piping fabrication and installation of 6 filler lines to tank
• CIP line fabrication and installation
• Twin hot oil circuits for tank jacket heating
• Replacement of failed heating coils
• Pressure testing and commissioning
JPML contributed to major upgrades at the AB InBev brewery, working across both the water treatment and CO2 recovery plants.
Our responsibilities covered the steam and condensate systems, towns water lines, chilled water, untreated and treated water, hot well tank, CO2 tanks and all associated service and process pipework, this included pipework ranging from 1/4 inch all the way up to 10 inch, thin wall and thick wall.
Scope of work
• Large range of different type and size of pipework
• Hot well and CO2 storage tank positioning and piping install
• CO2 recovery system process lines
• Integration into existing brewery utilities and pipework
JPML have supported Arla diaries across two of their sites, Settle & Lockerbie.
At Lockerbie, we provided experienced pipefitting and TIG welding labour during weekend shutdowns, assisting with critical pre-fabrication and installation work.
At Settle Dairy, JPML played a key role in the Lactose-Free plant expansion, a large-scale project delivering a full new plant capability.
Our team handled everything from plant room installation and product transfer lines to the installation of their new CIP room with 4 brand new tanks.
Working closely with their engineering team and Tetra-Pak to ensure seamless integration and commissioning.
We ultimately went on for another 12 months after the install to provide maintenance support for the whole of the site.
Scope of work
• Shut down labour (Lockerbie)
• Full mechanical and pipework install (Settle)
• Plant room and CIP room installation
• Stainless product lines and fabrication
• commissioning support
JPML were commissioned by Unilever to support the installation of a new Lynx Bodywash production line at one of thier UK manufacturing facilities.
The project included the fabrication and install of two new product tanks and all associated process and service pipework.
Given the hygienic and quality-critical nature of the system, all welds were completed using orbital welding, with the full weld mapping and traceability documentation provided to meet Unilvers strict pharmaceutical-grade standards.
Scope of work
• Installation of 2 new stainless product tanks
• Complete process and service pipework installation
• Orbital welding to pharmaceutical standards
• Weld mapping and traceability
• commissioning and pressure testing
JPML have provided ongoing maintenance and project support for Boots Pharma facilities, covering both planned and reactive mechanical services.
Our experienced team have assisted with breakdowns, shutdowns and small-scale project installations, ensuring minimal downtime and full compliance with the site & industry standards.
Typical works included the installation of new product lines, wash down stations and emergency shower systems as well as pipework modifications, stainless steel fabrication and valve and pump installs into current pipework break-ins etc.
Scope of work
• Routine and emergency mechanical maintenance
• Shutdown support and breakdown response
• small project installs (lines, wash-down stations, emergency showers)
• All site and industry standard compliant
